About Us

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy and Returns Policies.

  • If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Health and Safety

  • Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or with a medical condition.

  • Use only as directed on the product label. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Product Information

  • We aim to keep listings, images, ingredients, and nutritional information accurate, but minor variations may occur (e.g., label updates or packaging changes).

  • Batch/lot numbers and best-before dates can vary by shipment.

Orders and Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock limitations, pricing errors, or regulatory concerns.

  • We will send an order confirmation upon receipt and a shipping confirmation when dispatched. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice prior to purchase. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded.

  • Applicable VAT and duties are displayed or applied at checkout where possible.

  • We use third-party payment processors. By paying, you agree to their terms and any verification checks.

Shipping and Risk

  • Shipping options, fees, and timelines are shown at checkout. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

  • See our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, carriers, delays, and lost or damaged parcels.

Returns and Refunds

  • We only accept returns for defective items that are unopened with the factory seal intact. See our Returns Policy for the process and evidence requirements.

  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Cancellations and Statutory Rights (UK)

  • If you are a UK consumer, you may have a 14‑day right to cancel most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • For sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply once unsealed. Unopened sealed products may still be cancelled within the statutory period.

  • You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods.

Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe IP rights, to distribute harmful code, or to interfere with site security or operations.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and product images are owned by or licensed to WelnessWay and may not be used without permission.

Promotions and Gifts

  • Promotional offers and free gifts are subject to specific terms and availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WelnessWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Warranties

  • Except as required by law, products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, or regulatory actions.

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your consumer rights.
