Order Help

  • Include your order number and delivery postcode in your email for faster service.

  • For address changes, contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Defective Items

  • We only accept returns for defective items that are unopened with the factory seal intact.

  • To start, email support@hkbtenterprises.com with photos of the defect, the intact seal, your order number, and the batch/lot and best-before date.

  • If approved, we will issue an RMA and return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
