Returns and Defective Items

We only accept returns for defective items that are unopened with the factory seal intact.

To start, email support@hkbtenterprises.com with photos of the defect, the intact seal, your order number, and the batch/lot and best-before date.

If approved, we will issue an RMA and return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
